Knowledgeable, professional, patient, respectful and polite. Zack runs an amazing office and when you have four floods of sewage in three days at the Sendera apartments in Barton Creek with two inches of black water you need SERVPRO to the rescue! These men follow IICRC guidelines which are the industry standard. I respect what they know and how they do it.
